Blades

I can not find how to animate the blades in the Maya basics 1st edition. The blades I created are a group. what is the easiest and fastest way to make the blades spin? Same deal with the jetbike I made how would I go about doing this?

Its quite easy actually .... If you already made a group out of the blades you should have the pivot point automatically in the center. Incase it is so just animate the rotation on them. Incase its not move the center to the middle of the group (blades) and keyframe the rotation you need. To make em as realistic as posibly you wanna add some motion blur when rendering those out. Hope this helps, its straight foreward and should do fine for most shots.

Ok I got it. Just hard to see the animation. Blades did not seem like they were moving. Thanks. Maybe I need to put a fractal on them for the spinning to be seen.
