when i load the ashily shader in maya 7 i got error?

when i load the ashily shader in maya 7 i got error that is (Error: initializePlugin function failed (AshliShader))
how to solve this,,,
when i autoloaded the plugin i didn't get this error but in the case of laoded i got error??????????????/

HI I have an issue doing the latest steps in the modeling of a racing car...I have the same issua as the last post :

< Error: initializePlugin function failed (AshliShader)
..and also...
// Error: Unqualified video card : Required OpenGL extensions not present. Ashli Shader plugin will not be loaded. //

Then I updated my drivers for the videocard and now mental ray starts doing de render and in the middle of the process stops and says that stuff.

I tryed to load the ashlishader plugin manually but it doesn't loads the plugin....
I need help...please :_(
