Hi guys,
when i load a targa seq in my imageplane and when i scroll through the timeline it doesn't update,am i doing something wrong ?can someone help me

You might check out:

if your sequence is not loading it could be a video card issue (updating the image) or your file naming.

Also, try using a different format like a tiff or a PNG.

You could also alternatively try the same thing with a plane you create using the dimensions of your input tga's, than apply a material on it and a texture where you cooose a file texture and point it to the tga's.

In other words try it not on a image plane but on a poly-or nurb plane with a file texture applied.
