Hey everybody!

For the first time I ll take part in this little competion :)

About me... okay - i am student but at the moment i am working fulltime. Not too much time left and other projects to care about, but the more to do, the more effective i am ;)
My skills are not that brilliant yet, I began to really learn maya this year - i did a character and animation for an university project and right now I am working on two new characters (yeah playing god really got me) but theres so much more to learn apart from charakteranimation - so ill take this as new challange - especially when it comes to good looking rendering - which is still a book with loads of locks for me... :)

So here my idea - i love to play risk... though i always loose... might be a girl thing - not as competitive perhaps... whatever! ;) So in the end it always ends with me sitting on the little purple island and fighting against a superiority. Nevertheless i like it and i love my purple Island :)

So this is my scenario - its my forces against the the world :bounce2: About to loose - but bravely facing it!

Oh yeah and i ll make the risk de luxe version with horses and canons :)

First i ll focus on a still, but perhaps, if theres enough time, I ll try a animation!

Wonderful choice, and a good approach to the process as well. Start simple and then make it as detailed as you want if time permits.

Don't under estimate yourself :)

I love that game, there is nothing wrong with a little world domination.

Whoah - hey folks!
What a pitty I caught myself an awfull stomach flu (LEO says its this is what "magen darm grippe" is called)! At the moment i m dragging myself to work every day - but in the evening theres no power left to work on this project! :(
So I really hope to get some stuff done this weekend - otherwise I ll have to give up - cause i ll spend christmas at home - far away from 3D works ;)
... and all the other projects look great so far! :) /bow to everyone!

Sorry to know about your sickness, PiNyCho. I hope you get well soon.

Take things easy, don't worry about the project. There is another next month, and we look forward to having you join it :)

Well guys, it's December 31st and no one has submitted a final render of their project. Since it's the holidays season and end of the year I'm assuming you were too busy to work on this. So the question is; Do you want still want a poll for whatever you have or would you rather skip it for this month?

Attention all: Your requests have been answered. Project Board Games will continue in February, so don't ditch what you have completed so far :)

In the meantime, January's project offers you an opportunity to experiment with particles ;)
