Nov 08: Sam I Am

So, I just wrapped up a couple of time sensitive things at work and decided to give this a go as of today. I've obviously pulled inspiration from some book...but the name is slipping my mind at the moment :) The goal is to make this look as realistic and hot as I can, so the emphasis will be on texturing, lighting, & rendering. More to come soon...

Haha! Awesome idea. Last time I saw actual green eggs and ham was on one of Food Network's challenges, and that was a cake. This should be pretty interesting :)

Quick update:

I struggled with getting the ham piece mapped without looking too distorted. I settled on this. So I guess it's on to texturing.

I was considering just using procedural maps for my textures, but I think I'll go hunting for a couple photo-realistic textures and throw em' into photoshop.
