where is the scene tree in rf4

i'm working with a tutorial that is for rf3 andthe hotkey f11 is the scene tree but it is nothing to what rf3 f11 is.

The scene tree has been taken out in RF4 I believe, instead everything interacts with one another through the global links and the exclusive links automaticly.
