Hi.. I´m trying 2 model a chair like this one CHAIR PHOTO (http://www.ambiencedore.com/images/girsberger/chair-ZA_S11C.jpg) , but I cant do the tubes, any one can help me.... sorry 4 the english.....

Wht u have to do their is extrude, use a cirle then draw curves in the shape of the arms then extrude along curve. :)

I've done that but the corners of the tubes are a little uggly, dont u know another way???

ATE. Make sure when you create the tube from the curve that you can apply in the advanced optios tap what kind of geometry should be created. If you in this case created nurbs wich should be defualt you should come up with a initial descent shape wich you can modify further. For the corners just go to them and insert a few isoparms at them to create a nicer curve than move them around a little to create the perfect shape. Incase you use polygons just split a bit and move them aroudn before converting into a sub-d shape. But nurbs would be my choice. I use plugins for my tube like tube cration or similar there are lots of them on highend to choose froom, I highly adivise to use one of your disire as you will create lots of tubes in the future and a curve and a circle is a bit tedious to set up. So keep in mind extra isoparms and a plugin with good control options. C ya around and good luck fella.

Yeap.. I've downloaded the mel script for doing the tubes also i've got a isparm script and now i'm finishing my chair... thanks a lot....
