Hide BackFaces

Hi!
I'm modeling a head, and I'd like to know how can I hide or make not visible (and thus also not selectable) the back faces, for example, I'm defining the mouth in the front view, and I accidentally select verteces on the nape.

Backface Culling can be togled for that.
Display>ComponentDisplay>Backfaces I thingk is the location

Another good solution for this is to use the Paint Selection Tool...you can use a brush to paint your selection and it won't paint your backfaces. That's the way I prefer to select things when I've got a lot of complex things I need to select.
