hi i live in india i'm a regular visitor of DT website in other words i'm also the fan of DT but when i want to buy a cd or dvd tutors from digital tutor website diretly my country was not listed in the dropdown menu to buy a cd i should go to some other sites like turbo sqid.com and some other sites like 3d-shop.net if we buy from DT directly it will be about $29 but some other sites they will be charged about $35

I know exactly what you're talking about. We, in Israel, have that same problem. I once wrote a mail and asked about it and they explained that they're having problems with the custom authorities, and they also gave me the Turbosquid alternative.

Now that's a shame, because while I can relate to the custom problem (as I too detest those greedy, good-for-nothing custom officials) I know that the problem can be bypassed rather easily: most DT products are downloadable :)
For the purchase of a downloadable product there realy is no reason why not deal with all the countries in the world, because they would only have to deal with the credit-card companies. No shipment, no customs and I for one would prefer that option, as it's much quicker. I mean, why wait when I can have the goods within an hour or two?

So, DT folks, any chance for a change of policy?

I wish. Many of the countries we don't ship to were getting their packages torn open by their postal services. They would find the price of the products then try to tax them. We don't think that is fair and you can still order all of your items via one of our many resellers who have channels set up to get our products into your country faster.

We don't have all of our products as downloadable because of their large size.
