Help! I urgently need help solving this if anyone has the answer, it's a bit difficult to explain but I'll try:

If I have an object keyed to travel from point A to point B it should travel in a straight line, yes? Well, a lot of the time it doesn't. It travels half way to point B, then moves back towards A for a while before finally zipping back over to B just in time to complete the tween!

This has happened to me several times with different objects in the last few days. There are no other key frames set in between A and B and there really is no logical reason why it should be happening.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone please, please, please tell me how to fix it?

Cheers,

Jamie.

I am guessing that you could tweak that by editing the tangents in the Graph Editor. Try grabbing the points in the Graph Editor and try changing the tangents to flat or clamped and see how that works.

Also try going to remove by type-> static channels. That will remove unnecessary key frames. If you still have that problem, to go remove by type->channels (I think thats what its called) basically, get rid of all the key frames on the object then start over. Also make sure autokeyframe isn't on.
