- Highly capable to teach topics, tools, workflows and production techniques
- Detailed orientated with ability to handle multiple tasks
- Likes to work in a team setting and is open to direction
- Passion for learning and teaching
- Self-motivated and enjoys to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with teaching artists on subject ma tter a big plus
- High level experience with 2D or 3D software applications
- Feature film, game, commercial and production experience an advantage
