A. Quiz and Test-Enabled training is an interactive learning experience that offers quiz questions after each lesson and a text after each course. Learn with confidence as you prove you correctly learned the material or know what you many need to re-watch. Q: How do course completion certificates work?
A. Every member will receive a downloadable course completion certificate upon completely viewing a course. Each certificate comes with a unique certificate code that can be verified by you or others on CGverify.com
Q: How does mobile access work?
A. Your subscription lets you watch training from a mobile device with a data or internet connection on a majority of native browsers (including on Apple and Android devices). All training is also available through the Digital-Tutors iPad app
Q: How does the Asset Library work?
A. It's easy! Members can download assets
to help practice, for set dressing or to find an asset saved in file they can import into their software of choice..
Q: Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
A. Yes, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time within your My Account settings.
Q: Can I receive a hold or suspend my active subscription?
A. We do not provide holds or suspend active accounts. We provide subscriptions beginning on a monthly basis to best fit your time and training needs.
Q: Can I download the training or purchase CDs/DVDs?
A. We currently do not offer an offline version or disc versions, but do have playback capability for lower-speed internet connections if that is a concern. We moved to a subscription model many years ago to give artists access to the entire training library and to stay current on the latest technology and proven techniques at all times.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A. There are no refunds after the purchase of any subscription. We encourage you to take advantage of a trial account and use it thoroughly to test bandwidth, watch sample training and view all features of the learning platform prior to purchase.
