No Cost For Credits To manage Vault, we created a simple credit system that comes free with any active Digital-Tutors subscription. One credit equals one video, so credits are easy to control and calculate. Within Vault, you can see how many credits you have available as well as how many credits are needed to download a full course or just a few videos. Once your credits are used and the training is downloaded, your videos will expire after seven days. At this time, you can decide if you want to renew your material by using more credits or download additional training. With an active subscription, credits renew on the same day each month based on your purchase date. Credits cannot be accumulated and expire each month.

A: No. We do not provide refunds on any subscription plan due to the offering of the non-expiring free trial. Digital-Tutors free trial is available so potential customers can test bandwidth, preview actual training lessons and view all features of the online training library prior to purchase.
